sinTion: Simple and Safe Disposal of Infectious Waste

Approved by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the Austrian Society for Hygiene, Microbiology and Preventive Medicine, sinTion employs a patented process (microwave and saturated vapour technology) to disinfect and sterilise infectious material rapidly, safely, and cost-effectively. Depending on relevant local legislation, the materials are then either converted into reusable medical implements or into shreddable waste. sinTion is even able to eliminate the Corona virus and has a program for disinfecting medical needles. After being disinfected in this way, needles and syringes can be added to normal domestic waste without any concerns.
